I bought a bike in non running condition and couldn't get spark or fuel. Tried getting the pump to kick on off the bike and wouldn't, so I bought a fuel pump. I tried getting spark but couldn't, so I bought a cdi as well.

Today I tried working on it and couldnt get either.

tried a different plug, coil/wire, coil harness, regulator, still nothing

I was wondering what those two relays in the tail light harness do? One of them clicks, I was wondering if that might be my fuel problem?

 

Check the resistor mounted on inside of ignition
