F4i Exhaust on a F4
Long time reader finally needed to post, and yes my name is Jardine, not related to the exhaust co. but indirectly to the MMA fighter.
My question has arisen because I was not able to find an answer on here or a google search. What I am wondering is if I can install a F4i slip-on exhaust on a '99 F4. The reason is that I want to install a Jardine RT-1 on it however they are no longer made and all the online stores that I called don't have them in stock. A search on ebay turns up one, its pretty banged up. So I'm wondering if I can get away with a F4i Exhaust. Thanks all for your time and I look forward to your responses.

Yes and no..
the can is the same, the intermediate pipe is different on the F4i because of how the inlet from the header turns on the f4
You need an intermediate pipe from an F4.. you could use that can with it. OR you could swap the header pipe for one from an F4i if worst comes to worst..
Good luck
