Default f4 wont start

ok after a few days searching i didnt find a bike with my problem, i started my f4 after letting it sit for a week. and it started with the choke on for a bout a min then dropped to low rpms and cut off, so i restarted the bike and it fired up, but then cut back off. now when i go to start it, the bike trys to roll over, but just sputters, and wont fire up.

Don't take this the wrong way, but is your fuel tank turned on? I've worked on my bike many times and will get 200ft down the road and the bike dies - duh - forgot to turn the tank back on. Might also make sure you are getting fuel - make sure the pump is kicking on. Sounds like it ran until the float bowls were empty and then died.
