Download the service manual. Everything you need is in there. I can recommend getting a Haynes manual also. Brilliant for DIY jobs. Give's you torque settings and everything.

Got to this web sit click download and then download the program. After that You can download the manual for free but you need ADOBE reader prrogram to open the file. This is where I got the manual for me.

Yep, the factory Honda service manual is what you need. Also, the Clymer manual makes a good supplement.

I suspected that are some things in owner manual that are not in the service manual. Can you please scan your handbook and upload it, or send me via email.

Im sure more members then just me looking for this handbook.

I've never actually seen an F4 Owner's Manual in person. I've done just fine w/o it. Still, it would be nice to actually have a copy.

I searched the interwebs to see if someone had done exactly what you're asking for...but didn't find anything. If someone here could scan & make available via PDF, that would be nice.

Hi. I went to the link supplied by F4Mike (see below) and downoaded a manual in PDF form for my 2002 CBR 600 PGM FI model. I haven't got the bike yet, due to the awful weather, but hope to pick it up next week. The manual seems to cover my model as far as I could tell. As a newcomer to the forum I'm still trying to figure out all the different model nos eg F4. I guess as time goes on all will become clear!
