My fuel pump quit working and I am curious if a F3 Fuel Pump would work on my F4 thanks, Nathan

 

Yeah the F3 pump will work on the F4. The only difference may be the length on the plug. You may or may not have to add some wire to it. Look on ebay and see if you can pick up a decent F4 pump for cheap.

 

Now that I'm thinking about it I'm pretty sure they mount differently. The F4 has a bracket that bolts to the subframe and the F3 has a rubber surround that mounts differently. Check into that before you make a purchase to make sure it will mount up correctly.

 

well the only reason I asked was I have a friend who has a f3 pump he would let me have just didn't want to get it on there and it burn wires up or pop relays.

 

Free is good. Yeah it should work fine. Worst case zip tie it to the subframe. Whatever gets it running again.
