Ebay Frame Sliders. Did I get screwed?
Hey Guys,
First time sport bike owner here. Ordered frame sliders from Ebay. Went with Delrin made, both stamped F4i (I'm told the fairing is the same) and the post even said they would fit a 99 (aka, F4). Anyway, I realize they will take cutting, I have no problem with that, but here's the kicker. at the end that mounts closest to the engine, they are 2 different diameters. Ones about 3/4 of an inch, and the other one is about an inch. Other then that, they are identical right down to the mounting bolts. Did I get screwed? Keep in mind it was a company that sold them. Here's a link to the ad.

Thanks again.

The smaller diameter goes on the left side. The larger one on the right. You'll see when you pull the fairings off. I have the vortex ones and the bases are different diameter as well.
yeah, you may have. i bought a few sets on ebay for about the same amount. they both are delrun and black and came with the appropriate diameter slider. they may just have sent you two of the same side by mistake or something
