Dzus fastener
Having a hell of a time finding them for my 99 cbr f4. The plastics are aftermarket but typical one should fit. The one I need has the post behind the bracket. Not one hardware store or autozone has them. WTF? PArts are such a bitch for this bike
Try looking on:http://www.hondaparts-direct.com/fic...ion_detail.asp
Iknow you mentioned all body panels are aftermarket on your bike, but this site should have every fastener, nut or bolt that is used on the bike. try looking under the upper and lower cowl catagories.

Holy smokes! Trouble fastening things down? I've replaced a considerable amount of plastic on mine, as I got it a little less than showroom condition from some a**clown who figured he'd try and ride it upside down a couple times. From what I've seen it's just all metric cap screws and tapered cap screws that hold everything together. That and the front air damn clips suck. On a bike that's almost 10 years old, the more you start screwing with those cheap plastic clips, the less affective they are! Nylock nuts are a necessity too! I guess I have it easy, I work in an industrial facility with european equipment, so let's just say I have an abbundance of metric nuts and bolts in my garage. 5 and 6mm bolts are all that hold the body parts on, I believe.
It's a quarter-turn fastener used extensively in aerospace and racing for attaching body panels.

Lots of dirt bikes have them on the air filter panels.
