De-Restriction Issues

De-Restriction Issues
Hi,
I'm from the UK so have had a 33BHP restriction on my bike. I passed my full license and i have taken the restrictors out.
Parts removed:
Inlet Manifold Washers (x4)
Carb Restrictors (Tubes) (x4)
The bike was originally limited to 96mph, now since removal the bike feels unresticted with regards to BHP but still wont go over 96mph.
The restrictor kit is an FI Iternational one and i cant find anything about any other restrictors fitted to it.
Any ideas?
