33bhp restriction kit needed

Just wondered if anyone had or would soon have a 33bhp restriction kit that they no longer use, Needs to fit a cbr 600 f 1994.

This is a first. I've never heard of restriction kits unless you're under 16 and live in the UK or something. Why would you wanna make it sloweeer? =/

I still find the laws you have to follow ridiculous. Being young does not make you a unsafe... nor bad motorcycle driver. If you kill yourself.. going 150... well who is to blame.
