Default Choke

Hey guys, I posted on here a few months ago when I bought my bike....its slowly but surely coming together. I have a question about the part that opens up the carbs when the choke is being used...should it be slightly bent or straight?

Can you post up a picture of it?

I would think it should be slightly bent. The choke is supposed to reduce air flow and increase vacuum to pull in more fuel and richen your air fuel mixture. However, if the choke blocked off air completely, then you would not get an air fuel ratio, but straight fuel.

As you can see, the teeth that fit on the carb are bent at an angle.
