I have a '00 Cbr 600 f4, Last owner told me it stutters at 80mph and sometimes the dash does not work. i ran with it and took the bike home. Didnt think anything of it and went out for a ride needless to say it did exactly that. Now he also told me that if this does happen to simply pop the seat off, remove the main fuse and plug it back in. and Boom everything works again. now i have tried looking at diagrams and every video upon this but still cannot find the solution. Can someone please Help me?
