Default Cbr 2000 f4 bogging/spluttering below 4K revs

Hi all,
having a few issues with my cbr 600 f4, picked it up last year with very little knowledge on bikes as this is my first and the previous owner didn't know much about it.

it doesnt run very good at low speed/rpm splutters and seems to have delay in getting the power to the bike, I've put new plugs on it, new air filter, new fuel filter, cleaned the carbs out but looked like someone had already done them as very clean. Balanced the carbs up which help a bit but not a great deal.

Has anyone had this problem or can give me an idea what I should try next?

Thanks

I had a similar problem that turned out to be loose clamps between the airbox and carb. I'd also check that you re-connected all the hoses in/around the airbox and make sure the clamps between the carbs and the engine are seated and tight.

No havent checked that, but the bike runs so wouldn't that say the fuel pump is working?
