Default Bike has trouble starting

Whenever the bike is cold with the choke open it barely wants to start. Once its warm, it starts perfectly fine. Anyone know why this could be happening? It seems like i have to give it gas just to start it and to me thats annoying. Im not used to carborated bikes im used to fi so I know nothing about carbs. I did pour some seafoam in the tank hoping that would help clean the carbs but so far it hasnt really helped.
