On my 03 f4i on the left side near where your leg sits there is a **** tucked up just behind the fairing. So follow the edge of the fairing down to where the frame is visible and its right there. The only **** is the one you want. Get the bike up to operating temperature and then just slowly turn the **** clockwise to bring the idle up. When you get it to around 1200 take it for a drive and see what happens.

Sweet deal. I went out and took a picture just incase. Deff post if you have any more questions. My bikes idle was around 1500 when I bought it but since then I have brought it down to just over 1000. Seams to just purr there. Good luck. Im in Ontario Canada. If you express the cookie it will make it here before it goes bad.
