I know this may seem kinda of dumb but the person I bought my 99 honda cbr 600 f4 from used zip ties to reattacht the tail light and i can see the bracket that is suppose to screw on to the rear fairing but I dont understand how to get to the screws to screw it back in place. I assume that is why the person who owned the bike before me used zip ties but im also fairly new to bikes all together and could use some pro thought and I thank you for undersatnding if I posted this in the wrong area I just dont know where to look for this anymore. Ive tried to find it but cant.

 

Nah, not dumb at all. You gotta start somewhere right? Anyway, welcome to the forum. Here's a couple of pics that I used in a long ago thread about doing your own FE. They show how the tail light attaches via the brackets to the rear cowl.
