Default Aiming the headlight

So last night I went out for my first real night ride.. very cool.. I did notice that on low beam the headlight doesnt light up much of the road. It appears to shine directly ahead.. maybe a tad high... If I put on the high beam, the light pattern is wider and seems to shine a bit lower... is that odd?

I can put the bike in front of my garage.. maybe 10 or 20 feet if need be.. where should the light pattern for low beam be at?

Thanks,
Adam

plonk your bike 3.8 meters away from a wall on the center stand on dipped beam the headlight needs to be just under the same height as the headlight and the main beam needs to be all to the left of the bike..

To adjust it youve got a srcewy dial thing past the headstoke on the back of the light, this does horizontal alignment turning in moves it to the left vis versa

theres a small access hole on the other side you stick a philips screw driver in and it'll adjust the up n down

if you need more info slap me your email in a pm and ill take a few photos of the manual and send them your way

Thanks for the reply. The manual is very vague with its picture, but I managed to find the access holes to get to the screws...

thanks again
