Headlight Aiming
Anyone done one? Seems pretty basic and simple looking at the shop manual, just wanted any advice from anyone whos done one.... Mine seem to point Left and Down a bit. Nice and bright to the Left & Down, but a little dark on the roads at night.
That is certainly a cool adjustment board, man. I don't know how the hell it works, but I bet it's safer than trying to align your lights while cruising down the freeway.
You know, come to think of it.... I've never aligned a headlight on any vehicle I've ever owned. And there's been quite a few.

Here here, how the heck do ya use it?
I have it set up on the door to my shed. Per MA state regs, the board must be set 10 feet away from the front wheel. So I have a stripe on the floor marking the 10 ft spot. Low beam is to line up with the horizontal line, and the high beam (I believe) no more than 3-4" above that.
I just took 3 quick shots of my setup. I made my own board because the one I pictured is $135. Mine cost around $10
Low-beam

High Beam

And my accessory lights (Hella FF50s, yes they need to be adjusted, but I like to blind other people)
