Default 1999 Honda CBR indicators

Im looking to upgrade the standard indicators on my CBR and was wondering the best ones to use as a direct replacement, I've heard the CBR 1000rr 07 plate fit nicely. Any suggestions

Indicators? Do you mean turn signals? Front or rear?

Default major thread resurrection

Bit of a resurrection, but did you manage to replace your indicators. I only ask as I'm looking for a set of standard indicators and wondered if you still had them and wanted to get rid. I'm in the UK.

Cheers

Simon.

Hi Simon,

These are easily available on ebay :

Here's an example of after market OEM - copies:

Honda CBR 600 F(4i)-1 (2001) : A/Market Indicator Complete Front L/H | eBay

Original ones here too but from around twice the price :
Genuine HONDA Motorcycle Right Hand Indicator - CBR600 FY/FX (33400-MBW-610) | eBay

Tim,

I have had a look on t'bay and found a few but thought I'd check the forum to see if anyone was getting rid after upgrading.

I was trying to bring my bike closer to standard after a previous owner put terrible indicators on it, to reduce me insurance costs on the numerous mods done to the bike, but after getting quotes with and without the mods, there isn't enough of a price incentive to warrant it.

Thanks for your help though, t'is much appreciated.

Simon

No problem Simon , Glad to help

I am happy really with the size of the original indicators but my indicators have sagged/drooped for will have to take them off and swap around to see if that helps.

Does any one else have this problem?
looks to be the rubber extension that's to blame on them
