Post yet another brake question

I had a popping noise coming from my front end. after looking at it, it was coming from the brakes. As we know, the calipers ride on two shafts that allow them to center themselves on the rotors. My noise came from those shafts not being lubed. It looks as if my rotors or rim are slightly warped. When the warped part came to the top the calipers tried to center themselves and because of the lack of lube, tension loaded up. when they finally did center, they popped. the lube fixed the pop. My question is are warped rotors common? What is really throwing me is that during a two hour ride today I got no vibration whatsoever. The tires have a little wierd wear on them. I checked the bearings, and they are fine. I took her up to 95 and got on the brakes pretty hard and still no vibes. Am I being to ****? It rides and drives great. I am thinking about a wheel, tire, and rotor replacement. Is that overkill?

thanks for the answer I will check. This place is about to make me mad. A dude looking to PAINT his calipers gets about 10 or 15 people to answer his, in my opinion, common sense question, but I am trying to make sure I won't die because my brakes lock up and ur the only one that answers. Thanks again asides.

You can send the rotors to be straightened or just watch ebay.

It's hit and miss but you should really find a good local shop and build up a relation with them. (not a dealership) I'd recommend you some places but i'm from around Kansas City, MO. You can just use this link and get some awesome rotors while you're at it - I've had good experiences with ordering from this company. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...0F3-Parts.aspx
