Low milage all original with documentation with to much money burning a hole in my pocket and wanted a collector bike as a converstation piece... maybe.
For an every day rider... no way. I think it is stupid to pay extra $$ for looks. That is the problem with the majority of the new riders these days. They are all out there to look cool... not ride!

For me, for a 12+ year old bike, I'd be putting the extra money toward a newer model instead of into a set of plastics and some other minor differences that do basically nothing for me.
I love my F3, but that's a good chunk of money for a new bike which translates into a pretty considerable upgrade from an F3!
Edit: And yea, I don't think the Smokin' Joes looks great anyway (Purple, wtf). I much prefer my desert storm.

i'm secure enough in my manhood to ride a purple bike...doesn't bother me at all...my SJ isn't real...mine was made to look like an SJ a couple of owners ago...got the bike for a steal though because the last guy had no idea what that infernal rattling was coming from the right side of the motor
