Default Would this HID kit work?

If I purchase this H4-2/H 6000K Super Vision Xenon HID Vehicle White Light Headlamp Kit (Pair) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme and this Slim Replacement 35W HID Ballast (9~16V) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme would it work on my bike? I saw a tutorial on here but it said that the kits come with a digital control unit. There was also a guy on youtube that installed the HID light on his F3 and he never had a DCU. Here is his video How to install H.I.D's on a 96 Honda CBR F3 - YouTube

Not totally sure what you mean by DCU but I am assuming you mean the relay for the Hi/Lo.
If you have H4 lights then it will work but if you have H4 Hi/Lo's then you will have no more Hi Beam when installing these are they are just low beams.
If you want Hi/Lo's from the same bulb you would need a telescopic HID bulb that is Hi/Lo and a relay kit to switch the telescopic section on and off.

At 1:08 in the video he is installing the fused relay for the Hi/Lo.

If you take a look at the picture from this link H4-2/H 6000K Super Vision Xenon HID Vehicle White Light Headlamp Kit (Pair) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme you will see that there are 2 bulbs inside the casing. So then I don't need a DCU?

There is also a halogen bulb in the casing for the high beams. I just got this kit for $28!

I would not go near this kit myself as I have only heard bad things about the Halogen as the Hi beam as that way is only done on cheap kits and it usually burns itself out very quickly.
And for the Relay (DCU?) I doubt you need one as you dont have a telescopic base.

My advice would be sell tht kit (No Offense) and spend the extra $20 and get a good kit from DDM, But if thats what you have already it should work for a bit at least.

P.S. I wouldn't call the relay harness a "DCU" as people might confuse what your talking about with the ballast.
