Wiring fule pump to fuse box
My fule pump relay went out. I wired my fule pump up to my fuse box it works and runs fine so far, pump now automatically cuts on as soon as key switch is turned on,
This is my question. I know on cbr600f3s the fule pump doesn't actually start to work until the bike is being ridden and moving, the relay gives the pump power and keeps the gas flowing when bike is going and it also stops the pump from pumping to much gas into carbs, so basically the relay controls when the pump is needed and used and when it's not needed or used...... well since my relay has gone out and I've had to wire my pump to fuse box. That means my pump is constantly working and pumping from the moment the key switched is turned on,,,,,,,,Until its turned off. So should I install a switch that'll allow me to cut pump on/off myself,,,,,,or what could I do that would kinda give me the control over the pump like the relay is designed for?
