Where can I get bar-end weights and mirrors?

I have had bikes that didn't have the rod inside the bar, only a simple rubber mechanism to keep the bar-end in place.
But the (-97 at least) F3 has the long weights.

Hey yeah im having the same problem. The right handlebar has the aluminum circle with the screw hold for the bar end to screw into. The left handlebar is missing the aluminum circle, so I can't screw in my bar end. Im not sure what that aluminum circle is called so I can get a new one. Thanks in advance for the help bros!
