So I had this bike for a year or so before I went in to get my suspension setup for my height/weight etc. But the guy couldn't fully tune my rear shock because he couldn't find the dampening canister and neither could I, or so I thought. I've had the fairings off and worked on it before but being this was my first bike and my first F3 I had no idea where the rear shock canister was "supposed" to be. That is until I noticed people putting NOS cans on theirs and went to look for mine and..........there was nothing there.

Has anyone else done this mod before? Either the guy who had it before me laid it down and it snapped off and he just clamped it somewhere or he purposefully tucked it up under the fairing. I kind of like the way it looks, cleans up the bikes lines a little bit, what do you guys think?

Looks like it's on the left. Clamped to the subframe. Supposed to be on right, next to passenger peg.
