Thanks for the replies everyone! Yes it is Rhino Liner.

I bought the bike with it and I LOVE IT! It gets lots of compliments and it's easy to clean and doesn't get rock dings and chips.

Yea I'm not usually a fan of the rhino liner, but I really like the look with just the lowers done like that. Great looking bike man.
