Can't really speak to the tool you have as I haven't used it. I can say that while you may be able to sync your carbs with only one gauge, it will be a fairly miserable experience. It's best if you can see all four cylinders at the same time. You can pick up carb sync gauges from anywhere from $40-$120. Another option is to make a set. There are gobs of videos out there that show you how to make a homemade set for cheap. If I were you and I didn't want to purchase a set, I would make a set. It will save time and headaches.
