I just want to make sure the blinkers work, I do not have the turn signals ordered yet. But with the bike on I turn them on. Aren't they still supposted to click even without them hooked up?

with no signals at all hooked up, your light(s) on the dash wont even flash, they'll stay solid. same thing with LED signals on both ends.

if they are filament bulbs...yes..not LED's..there is not enough resistance in LED's to make them flash without non-inductive resistors

orr...instead of the non-inductive resistors when they flash to fast you can buy a variable load signal relay...cause the resistors create a lot heat and can melt plastic....
