Default Took my first ride on the bike

i put the bike on the road the other day .... OMG i had a blast didnt know how much power this f3 really has and for my fist ride i got rid of the chicken strips lol by accident lol wasnt trying to get low just came around a nice bend and i started to lean to turn and was going a bit faster then i thought and whent into the turn on my right side but forsome reason i would feel uncomfty to lean into a turn that much on my left. is this because im a right handed person? maby like throwing a ball with my left hand even tho im right handed does any one else feel this way? but any way im kicking my self in the *** for not buying a bike earlier well just wanted to share myfiet ridevirginity breakage with all you people.

Eventually you'll find that left turns are easier than rights. At lower speeds you'll tend to roll off the throttle in a right turn. The F3 is a great bike. And to think that you've only expierenced 2% of what the bike can do! Good luck and have fun.

Take the MSF class!

For me, i've actually found right handers to be easier to take than left, at least when i'm hanging off the bike. Although judging by the chicken strips on the front tire, it's pretty evenly match for how much lean angle i can do in either direction.

I am right handed, and it is weird to lean left, but easy to lean right. also i noticed that it is easier to do u-turns to the left and a bit scary to the right... i think thats cuz throttle is hard to use and clutch is soo far away that you have to lean forward even more. fun ride though wasnt it!!!

You could just be left-side shy. I'm right-side shy, personally. I hate rights unless they're nice and wide. Here's the weird thing...

I can tuck and hang off SOOO much better on the right than the left - yet I'm much more confident taking lefts. I think it's because I'm focusing so much on the right due to my complex that I nail it, whereas on the left I'm over-confident so I make mistakes knowing I can correct them if need be. Of course, I don't make the mistakes intentionally, but I do remember them!

Glad you had fun and yes, the F3 is an amazing bike with all kinds of power and the best geometry of any bike I've ridden. I prefer it to the F4 and the F4i and even the 600RR. The 600RR did feel amazing though - prolly just need to get used to it - DAMN IT"S LIGHT!
