Yeah thats the reason I took it there. I mean damn I can read and do as the instructions say. @ 900Racer, yeah I agree completely. I'm taking it either tomorrow or saturday down to another bike shop that I know I can trust. They are personal friends that own a Harley and Custom Cruisers shop. I would have taken it to them, but I knew they didn't have the tooling to adjust the valves, looks as though I would have been the same either way. But anyway I'm taking it to them tomorrow to have it put on a dynojet Dyno to see how well the kit is across the whole powerband. If its off bad, its going back to the original shop.

You got stung there buddy. I can do valves at home on my own with a few spanners, a workshop manual and a torque wrench... What bike shop doesn't know how to order shims???????


I suggest a gallon of gasoline and a box of matches as a present for the first garage....
