throttle cable adjust?????
can someone point me how to adjust my throttle cable?.. if given gas and let go, it wont return to its usually position..hope you get my explanation.
Take your tank off, you will have to remove your air box cover and on the back side you will see the cables. if you loosen them completely pull the throttle and make sure it returns on its own. If it doesn't then there is another issue.
well on my 96 f3 theres a little **** on your left side next to the gas on off and reserve switch. you just turn the **** back and forth till it goes to 1,100 or 1,200 rpms i forget which is the right one.
not sure if thats what you mean but hope it helps

That adjusts your idle I think he means the physical bracket that holds the two cables.
I've run into this issue a few times. Pull the tank off and make sure the cables are routed correctly and not twisted or smashed under the airbox. Both of those scenarios have happened to me when I was being careless and put my air box and stuff back together. ha ha The cables will naturally want to sit in a certain way figure that out then slide them under the clip on the front right of the frame.
Hope that helps.
