how to adjust clutch cable

I got a new clutch cable And clutch lever but just seems like the clutch don't grab till the end

on the engine end there's a pivot thing that when you pull the clutch puls on that pivot, what you need to do is tighten the cable by that pivot so that there's no play on the pivot itself
