I have a CBR 600f3 I bought a month or so ago.
Ive had some starting issues from time to time. I notice my choke doesnt seem to change the RPM unless i fully pull it open, which will rev it up to 3ish. Is there something wrong with the choke or is this normal?

 

more than likely the choke cable needs to be adjusted. mines kinda the same way as it doesnt do anything till about 2/3 open. as long as it continues to start, im not messing with mine though

 

ditto, if you still start don't mess with it, just keep in mine that you will need to adjust or get a new cable in the near future.
