swingarm spools?

Default swingarm spools?

ok so i know the f3 doenst have mounts for a set of swingarm spools on the swingarm. my question is has anyone drilled and taped a hole in the swingarm and mounted a set? how this is the swinarm, i dont want to go through the work just to have them pull out and be stuck with holes in the swingarm. any help would be great.

Ive heard of people putting a rod through the axle and drilling and tapping the ends for 6mm spools. Just have to remove them to take the wheel off

sorry for the mistake i was trying to ask how thick is the swingarm i assume its hollow. i would like to know more about the rod through the axl that sounds cool. if anyone has done it i would like to know how.

cannot tap the swing arm, metal is too thin. but check out the link at pit bull. iv used them and work great.

If you go with something that requires drilling, remember to install it far enough forward to prevent it from interfering with the axle adujusters that slide into the swingarm. Measure twice, drill once .
