Default suzuki sv650 fork swap with f3

alright im about to buy a complete set of suzuki sv650 forks dude giving me them for 50$. which is hella cheap. thing is i only need the tubes. can i switch them out with the stock ones cause i know they are both 41mm in diamter. i dunno if they the same length tho- any threads on this before? and how do i swap out the old tubes...im swaping becasue of bent tube, and to buy another used tube is like 150+

You're probably going to run into fitment issues with mounting rotors/calipers.

I can't say for sure because my knowledge on the SV is lacking, but I'm guessing it'll be a problem..

You may have to remove the tabs inside the fork tubes.Dampening rod forks <F2,SV> have these and won't allow the cartridges enough room.Dremel,a small grind wheel and 1/2 hour.There's a "Sticky" on the F2 board that tells how to do this (I had a hand in it :P).
