Default suspension

hi all now that i have found the standard settings for my suspension , i need to know what the components are the brass looking screw in middle of the fork top is ?? and the next one out (14mm) is ??, , the 14mm sized part turns very easily but how hard is the screw to move , i believe its siezed but unsure dotn want to force it too much , any ideas please

The brass looking screw is the rebound damping adjustment. If it is seized it may be screwed all the way in and bound up, or it could be all the way open and jammed. All the way in would be very little rebound and all the way out would be max rebound. The 14mm adjustment is for spring preload only. The rebound screw should be showing about 3/16s of an inch or more for normal range.
