Default Studdering Very Slightly

Alrite, lately I have been noticing that while ridding in the highway on 6th gear my 95 CBR F3 feels like it needs gas (but very slightly) while keeping the throtle steady. So it doesnt acelerate smoothly, for example, if I hold the gas at the same spot it accelerates slow then it accelerates fast, then it slows, then its fast, etc.

Is there any product that I can pour in the gas tank to clean the carbs? If so, what do u recommend I use? I have not checked spark plugs yet.

I just think it could be 100 things....i.e. dirty carbs, failing fuel pump, electrical problem, etc.

Any help appreciated!

my bike was doing that at any speed, it would pull and let off and pull and let off when i was gunning the throttle, i took it to a shop and he cleaned up the carbs. gave me new needles and rings and it runs smooth now. so i would reccommend cleaning the carbs and maybe changing some pats in there if they need it, thats what helped my bike out

It does sound like you are getting a rich mixture, have you checked you air cleaner, you know, sometimes it is the simple stuff that goes first. Also things like plugs and wires can help too. In the end do what you are comfortable with and then let a professional do the rest. Hope this helps.

Yep sounds like what mineis doing...and it seems to be getting worse....now, is there any simple liquid that i can put in the gas to see if that works/? You know, like they have fuel injector cleaner for cars, is there such a thing for bikes? I just want to try that out before going in deep to my bike, thus not being able to ride for many days

Thanks!
