Stock front fork height

Stock front fork height
Tomorrow I'm going to tackle the task of raising my bike back up. I've got a stock dogbone for the rear and a replacement kickstand for the bent trash currently on her. But how do I restore the front forks to stock height?
I know the mechanics of it. But how can I tell when I've arrived at the correct height?

i dont know much about raising them up, but as for the correct height their shoild be a little indention toward the top of the fork tube (the indention circles the entire fork tube). this indicates the stock height. you should have a wire ring that slides in the mark to keep the fork from dropping too low, if not the wire shouldnt be too hard to find at a home depot or lowes.
