Stock chain and sprocket sizes?

Probably not, buddy. I'm trying to remember - I could swear it was a 530 but it's been so long man.
When you get your chain, it should slide right onto the sprocket with no wiggle room side to side. If it feels like you have to push it onto the sprocket then you're going to have to return it (or find someone here who might need it).
Whatever you do don't force that chain on there - good luck!
P.S. Just sos we all know - chains are measured with two numbers that make up one number. The first number (5XX) represents the distance between rollers. The second numbers (X20) represent the width of the chain. So a 530 is wider than 525, etc. Generally 530 chains are really only needed for liter bikes as there is much more torque placed on the chain. Any 520 from a reputable manufacturer should provide you with at least a complete riding season (should be considerably more)- depending on how well you take care of it.

Just FYI, those plates actually relieve some premature wear on the entire rear-brake system. In the absence of those spacers you're requiring the caliper hold more fluid which can cause seals and rings to go bad prematurely.
Now - when I say prematurely, I don't mean tommorrow. Calipers need rebuilt like what - maybe once every fifteen years or so, lol? Lack of those spacers prolly know maybe 3 years off of that time. So it's really just as Pace said - up to you.
