Hello @jayzzz this might be what you're looking for. The shop manual for F3's are usually pretty easy to find online that will have the wiring diagram in them.

Solenoid Connectors
I’m trying to find the order of the wires going into the connector my solenoid caught on fire I’m repairing it but they melted together I cut them back to we’re they were good but wanna make sure I wire the new connector in correctly

Different solenoids actually have different pin-outs. Here's one for VFR750.

But similar solenoids may have terminals in different locations. Note swapping of B and M terminals on these:

If you have square black solenoid, wires of connectors themselves may be in different places.

We can determine proper locations for each function by measuring resistance between terminals. Set meter to lowest resistance-scale 0-200ohms, then measure resistance between these terminals:

M to B, ohms = ?
B to I, ohms = ?
I to O, ohms = ?
O to 1, ohms = ?
O to 3, ohms = ?
1 to 2, ohms = ?
3 to 4, ohms = ?

These measurements will show how solenoid is wired internally.

We can determine proper locations for each function by measuring resistance between terminals. Set meter to lowest resistance-scale 0-200ohms, then measure resistance between these terminals:

M to B, ohms = no reading
B to I, ohms = .3
I to O, ohms = .3
O to 1, ohms = .3
O to 3, ohms = .3
1 to 2, ohms = 2.9
3 to 4, ohms = 0.2

These measurements will show how solenoid is wired internally.
that’s the measurement I got from mine

that’s what the connector it come with looks like I just need to know what wires connect to where on the harness because the old connector is melted away completely

Ok, this is good!
M to B, ohms = no reading
B to I, ohms = .3
I to O, ohms = .3
O to 1, ohms = .3
O to 3, ohms = .3
1 to 2, ohms = 2.9
3 to 4, ohms = 0.2

Looks like your meter has offset of about 0.2-0.3 ohms so actual resistance is this:

M to B, ohms = no reading
B to I, ohms = 0.0
I to O, ohms = 0.0
O to 1, ohms = 0.0
O to 3, ohms = 0.0
1 to 2, ohms = 2.6 ohms
3 to 4, ohms = 0.0

This shows that 1-2 is solenoid activation coil, and 3 & 4 are 12v output to ignition-switch. Connect as follows

B terminal = Battery +positive cable
M terminal = starter motor
1-yellow = yel/red wire from start-button
2-blue = grn/red wire from neutral-switch circuit
3-red = red
4-red = red/white

3 & 4 can be reversed, doesn't matter because they're connected downstream of starter-solenoid anyway.

Be sure to use proper linesman/western-union knot with solder and adhesive heat-shrink tubing for best joint possible so you won't have to deal with this again.

I wired it in and I think I got a bad relay will start and run fine bumpy jumping the relay but won’t do anything without jumping it it’s not getting power from the b to m on the relay

Let's verify your wiring is working. Back-probe solenoid connector and measure:

2-blue = grn/red, measure resistance from this terminal to chassis ground. ohms=???

3-red = red , measure for voltage here, volts=???
4-red = red/white, measure for voltage here, volts=???

Key ON
1-yellow = yel/red , measure for voltage here
press START button
volts =???
