Question sputtering.....

Hey, im new to this forum, but i already need help ha, i have a 95 f3 which last year riding towards the end of the year it wouldn't go past 10-11000 rpms from time to time, but would always "fix itself", this year it did it for awhile then stopped, and has been running perfect for the past few weekends, but all of a sudden i was on the interstate, with a groupd of people and it started spitting and sputtering at about 7-8000 rpm's, but after a few miles it stopped, then later that night it started back up and hasnt sopped, last year when it started doing it i changed the fule filter with some universal fuel filter, and last night i changed the plugs, tested the coils, and checked over all the vacuum lines, hoses etc. and it still does it, it does it very bad under acceleration, but when first warmed up in nuetral, it will rev to the limiter, or at worse 11-12, but under a load or accel, 7-8 and if i stay in it, it sputters, and spits, and slowly accels still but i have no idea what it could be, if anyone can help id very much appreciate it
