sprocket carrier bearings..HELP!!

Default sprocket carrier bearings..HELP!!

tryed to remove the seal with two different flat head screw drivers and the seal bent a little rather than popping out.

something i should know as to why it wont come out? would you liberate with wd40?

If you're replacing the bearing, just knock the bearing out from the back of the carrier and it will push the seal out.

Just did mine this afternoon

Do those bearing make a bit of a whirring noise when they go?

My bike seems to make a noise at certain speeds, but I can't pinpoint it.

no never had that but to pinpoint it check brakes arent stuck slightly then just check all your bearings move easily.

i only changed mine due to a race bike build every bearing has been changed
