Default Speedohealer

Installed a Speedohealer ~ couple of weeks ago on the F3. Finally calibrated it last weekend. With one down, two up, new rubber bike runs 60 at 5900.

Easy to install takes about 15 to 20 minutes if you do the extended version with remote button.

It took me about 15 minutes to install it. Take off the lower right cowl, unplug the speed sensor quick connect and plug in the Speedohealer. Route and secure the cables. Put the lower right back on.

I used a pace car so it may still be slightly off. However, I think it is pretty darn close.

Im about to attempt the F3 to F4i project this week. I'm very unclear on how to calibrate my speedo healer. I have 96 F3 the v3 model of the speedo healer. It has 6 dip switches. Once I have it installed I want to ride with my GPS and see how much I'm off. Then how do I calibrate it from there. Any direction would be awesome. Thanks. Also I've been getting mixed reviews on whether or not the gas tank has to be lifted to get to the plug and play speed sensor. Any anyone confirm if that harness can be accessed without pulling the tank. Thanks.
