I fired up the F3 yesterday and I noticed the speedo needle sitting on 10 mph while the bike is in neutral...

I shut the bike down and the needle goes to zero, I turn the key to the on position and the speedo needle jumps to 10 mph.

Any suggestions?

Do I need a speedo healer?

I have not had the opportunity to run the bike due to ****ty weather so I don't know if the speedo shows the correct speed while riding the bike.
