Default Sold my project..what do you guys think?

So I sold my project bike, SALVAGED 97 F3 with a half assed f4i conversion.

I sold it because i dropped it and recently came into some cash and am going to pick up a new bike. I was asking 2200 for it but only ended up with 1400.. heres why.. and heres where i leave myself wondering if I made the right move.

Rashed fairing - front and side fairing where rashed a bit

Bent rear break - it bent the break lever up when i dropped it

Bent FORKS - i wasnt aware but then the guy came to test ride it he pointed out that they were indeed bent.

No Gauges - was to lazy to do the thermo switch to make the f4i gauge to work so i just left it gaugeless.

Single headlight - didnt bother with the dual lights..

Bent Radiator - front wheel came up and crushed the radiator when i dropped it..i happened to drop it into a curb.....

Dented Frame - its straight but it looked like someone took a baseball bat to it on one spot

Also, the bike was over heating, even with a good radiator.

And thats pretty much it, whats the verdict reasonable price or did i get hosed?

i dont know about your state but in FL its a pain in the butt to register a salvage title bike. ive been told they make you have the bike inspected and provide receipts for everything on it. BTW did you do the F4i swap or buy it that way?

If that dude tried getting a MOT (the yearly safety check) over here on it they would take it off him go threw his insurance to give him a payout on it and get the headstock cut off it so it couldnt be used, you got bloody good money for it mate.

Sounds like I came up then. but i did do the conversion so i didn't make much...

but yea, i got it salvaged a while back when it still looked like a f3. but there was no issues getting it registered , i had it insured and registered to myself no inspection. Im in CA so maybe the laws a bit different.
