Default Issue shifting into second

usually my bike shifts from first into second perfectly, but sometimes it will kind of bounce back into my foot a couple times very rapidly like the double click of a mouse or maybe even a little faster

99% of the time it goes into gear occasionaly ill give it gas and realize its in nuetral. It shifts perfectly into every other gear 100% of the time... the only other thing is that sometimes it drops kind of hard into first coming out of nuetral at a red light or stop sign

i am just wondering if this type of thing just happens sometimes when shifting from first directly into second... and if its normal for it to drop sort of hard into first when stopped.

Sounds normal, especially if those times your talking about are under heavy acceleration/high rpms. It happens. Same with it feeling a bit rough downshifting to first. It's pretty normal.

Your idle should be 1200. You're talkin' a 300 RPM difference; not really gonna do anything for your "warm ups."

Also, not a big effect on your shifting. If you're RPMs are below like . .6k when going up to 2nd, it should still catch. Sounds like 2nd gear is just getting worn.

i will be adjust my idle down to 1200. so when second gear is really really worn it should behave like i described above alot more often correct?

lets say second gear finally becomes terribly worn, do isearch for a new tranny? or is there anyway to do tranny work

No, you would just buy a new second gear and replace it.
