Default Removal of carbs on a 98 600f3

Hi Guys I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping with all your collective knowledge you can help me.
I have a cbr600 f2/f3 track bike and bought it as one. It has a 94 frame with a 98 engine.
It seems to have been stood for a long while and only running on three cylinders so it seems that one of the cars is blocked which makes sense.
I have loosened and disconnected all the relevant bits but with some persistence I can still not separate them from the engine.
Any ideas Guys?

Make sure the clamps are loose, make sure. Maybe spray alittle WD where the connection is and let it soak in a minute or 2. Try using a 2 by 4 as a pry bar under the carbs with the leverage point is the cross bar part of the frame. Be gentle, just get them moving, wiggle here, wiggle there, in the center, on the right, back to the left. Then they should come off by hand once you get them moving. Push down then pull up, should pop right off. Be careful and dont tip the bike over tugging and pulling on stubborn carbs. Once they're off then comes the fun part, trying to get the cables disconnected. Dont mix them up. Label the cables first before you seperate them from the carbs, you'll be glad you did. I've had my F2 carbs off a hundred times and I still label them every time I take them off.

Also, once they're loose from the engine, even before you get the cables off, COVER THE INTAKE PORTS ! Stuff them with paper towels or rags and cover them with duct tape or cover them all with towel. Dont take any chances of dropping a screw, bolt, or something down in the engine.

Use a hair dryer to get the boots warm. Then lube and pry like CF says.
