Rebuild shock on a 96 F3?

Is it possible to rebuild the stock shock on a 96 F3, or have I got to shell out for a new one?

OK, it's been a while, guess the stocker isn't rebuildable. Any suggestions for a new shock?

I've got two stock very low hour shocks. I also have a Fox Shock that is in pieces.
