Default rear preload adjustment

Ok guys im trying to adjustment my rear preload because i need just a little more sag. I only have about 20mm and need 25 to 30mm. Problem is i cant get the preload adjuster to move at all. Is there a set screw or something im missing here?? By the way i have a 95 cbr f3.

youre talking about adjusting the spring tension, correct?
if so, the proper wrench will be your best friend...and a friend to lift up on the tail of the bike helps too.

If you dont have a friend to help lift the subframe up to get the weight off of the shock, try a scissor jack from a car. Put it between the tire and the subframe and just go enough to take the weight off of it. Make sure the top of the jack is on some metal and not plastic.
