Default question about front blinkers

the guy i bought my bike from changed the front signals to flush and they're no longer running ones and they blink faster (probably twice as fast).

i'm find with the rapid blinking but what i want is for running lights as well

to obtain the running lights and blinking, is it bulb related or did the guy just not connect the appropriate wire for it?

it sounds like the lights are led's without a resistor installed. my buddy had the same problem with his turn signals when he installed them

It could be just wrong installation. I dont have any resistor and they work fine. Although I had to paly with wires to install them correctly cause the colors are different. Fast blinking can actually burn the bulbs. So just fix the wiring.
