Forgive my ignance, but I bought one of the milkbone lowering links for my CBR F3. I'm still a novice when it comes to working on my bike, and this damn thing didn't come with instructions. My questions are:

1) Which end should be mounted to the shock bracket?

2) Which hole is for which setting (i.e. is theend with the 2 holes together for 1" and 3" lowering height, is the one on the very end the 3", or viseversa)?

Any help or pics of yoursinstalled would be VERY much appreciated.
